By accessing our website, booking a consultation, submitting an application, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements

• Provide accurate information

• Use the services for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at our discretion.

No Guarantee of Results

Except for specific services expressly stated in a separate written service agreement, we do not guarantee any particular matchmaking or relationship outcome.

We do not guarantee dating success, compatibility, engagement, marriage, long-term partnership, or any other personal or relationship outcome.

If these Terms conflict with a separately signed service agreement between you and Elite Match Inc., the signed service agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information

• Communicate respectfully

• Maintain appropriate conduct with introductions

• Respect the privacy of other clients

• Notify us of material changes that may affect matchmaking suitability

We may terminate services for inappropriate, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

Personal Safety and Independent Decisions

Matchmaker Amy facilitates introductions but does not control the conduct, statements, background, or decisions of any person you may meet through our services.

You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and taking reasonable precautions when communicating with or meeting another person.

Any decision to communicate with, meet, date, enter into a relationship with, or otherwise interact with an introduction is voluntary and made at your own discretion.

Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously.

Clients agree not to:

• Share private information about introductions without permission

• Publish personal details obtained through our services

• Use information obtained through introductions for harassment, solicitation, or commercial purposes

Payments

Fees for consultations, relationship strategy sessions, matchmaking services, and related offerings are disclosed before purchase.

All fees are due as stated at the time of booking or purchase.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Consultation and Appointment Cancellation Policy

Consultations and scheduled appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of the session and applicable fee.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement or required by applicable law:

• Completed consultations and strategy sessions are non-refundable.

• Fees for matchmaking services are subject to the cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable service agreement.

• No refund is provided solely because a client is dissatisfied with a match, introduction, dating outcome, or relationship outcome.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and materials are owned by Elite Match Inc. or licensed for use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit website content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Match Inc., Matchmaker Amy, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Relationship outcomes

• Emotional distress

• Lost opportunities

• Personal disputes

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Actions of third parties introduced through our services

Participation in introductions is voluntary and at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Elite Match Inc. for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Match Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services

• Violation of these Terms

• Interactions with introductions or other clients

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any applicable law or separate written agreement, any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Joaquin County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
